If you are applying for a Health Care Card Discount of  $50 and/or the $200 Get Active Kids Voucher, we ask that you please select "Pay Offline" and use the `Select the Pay later' option during registration and make contact with Chris Gethen (Club Registrar). You will need to provide a scan of your Health Care card and/or the Get Active Kids voucher you have been issued. Chris will validate your discounts and advise via return email the net amount you need pay into the Jets bank account.
